1、 Precautions for operation and running
1. Strictly control the start stop sequence
At startup: first introduce low-temperature medium, then slowly introduce high-temperature medium;
When shutting down: first turn off the high-temperature medium, then turn off the low-temperature medium;
Avoid sudden cooling and heating to prevent equipment deformation or leakage caused by thermal stress.
2. Control operating pressure and temperature
It is strictly prohibited to operate under overpressure and overtemperature conditions, and to operate strictly according to the design parameters.
Maintain stable pressure and temperature during operation, avoiding frequent and significant fluctuations.
3. Prevent medium blockage and bias flow
The medium should be kept clean, and it is recommended to install a filter at the inlet to prevent sediment, impurities, and fibers from blocking the flow channel.
Avoid excessive flow rate difference between the two sides of the medium to prevent bias current, vibration, and decreased heat transfer efficiency.
4. Smooth voltage rise, no impact allowed
The pressure and temperature rise should be slow and stable, and rapid pressure and impact feeding are prohibited to avoid damaging the sealing structure and channels.
2、 Key points of daily maintenance
1. Regular inspections
Check for leaks, deformations, and corrosion in the shell, interfaces, flanges, and other parts.
Monitor import and export pressure, temperature, and pressure difference, and promptly analyze and handle any abnormalities found.
Check if the foundation, supports, and pipeline supports are stable and if there are any abnormal vibrations.
2. Control of dirt and heat exchange efficiency
Regularly monitor the heat exchange effect. If the efficiency decreases and the pressure difference increases, it indicates the presence of scaling and blockage.
Develop a reasonable cleaning cycle based on the scaling tendency of the medium to maintain heat transfer efficiency.
3. Anti corrosion protection
The carbon steel body is sensitive to corrosive media, and it is strictly prohibited to introduce strong corrosive media such as acid, alkali, salt, etc. beyond the design range.
Long term disuse should drain the internal liquid accumulation, perform drying and anti-corrosion treatment to prevent inner wall corrosion.
3、 Cleaning and maintenance requirements
1. Cleaning method
Priority should be given to using clean water flushing, low-pressure water jet cleaning, and cyclic chemical cleaning.
Prohibit the use of high-strength mechanical flushing to prevent deformation and damage to the spiral plate.
2. Chemical cleaning control
Strictly control the concentration, temperature, and time of cleaning agents to avoid excessive acid washing causing corrosion of carbon steel.
After cleaning, it must be thoroughly neutralized, rinsed, and dried to prevent residual liquid from corroding the equipment.
4、 Shutdown and Storage Maintenance
Short term shutdown: Drain and rinse the medium, close the inlet and outlet valves, and keep the interior dry.
Long term storage: undergo anti-corrosion treatment, apply anti-corrosion paint externally, and regularly inspect and maintain.
It is strictly prohibited to carry out pressure maintenance. Before maintenance, it is necessary to relieve pressure, cool down, clean and replace the equipment to ensure that it is qualified before operation.
