1、 Oil and Fat Vacuum Deodorization Tower (Refining Cosmetics/Cleaning Raw Materials, Mainstream Applications)
By relying on high-temperature negative pressure steam stripping, the odor, free fatty acids, and aldehyde ketone oxidation odor in vegetable oils, fatty alcohols, and waxes are removed, producing odorless base oils for the production of skincare products, cosmetics, and washing materials.
1. Processing of skincare ingredients
Refinement of vegetable base oil: Jojoba oil, sweet almond oil, camellia oil, rose fruit oil, safflower seed oil deodorize, remove the green flavor of raw materials and the odor of oxidation, and make odorless skin care base oil suitable for essence and body oil.
Cocoa butter/shea butter refining: remove the burnt and bitter smell of nuts to obtain pure white and tasteless oil, which is used for face cream, body cream, makeup remover, and cold manual soap base.
Medium chain triglycerides (MCT), white oil, and lanolin refining: eliminate mineral oil odor and lanolin smell, as a refreshing moisturizing oil and makeup remover solvent.
2. Production of raw materials for cosmetics, balm and lipstick
Lipstick, lipstick, lip mask: deodorized palm oil, microcrystalline wax, castor oil, to avoid oil odor interfering with essence, and to ensure that lipstick only retains the fragrance of blended spices.
Foundation make-up and air cushion cream: odorless refined oil is used as dispersion base to prevent the peculiar smell of oil from mixing with powder and essence.
Solid scented cream, hair care wax: Deodorized hydrogenated vegetable oil, beeswax, eliminate oily odors, highlight single/compound fragrances.
3. Preparation of raw materials for cleaning and care products
Handmade soap, cold soap: Refined palm kernel oil and coconut oil deodorize, remove oily and fishy odors, clean soap body odor, suitable for essential oil fragrance adjustment.
Bath oil and hair care essential oil: base of tasteless sunflower seed oil and avocado oil, not in conflict with floral and fruity essential oils.
Soap based surfactant intermediate: After deodorizing the oil, saponification is carried out to avoid the oil odor of finished shower gel and shampoo.
4. Refined functional raw materials
Deodorization of squalane and ceramide raw materials, removing fermentation odors generated during fermentation/extraction processes, suitable for sensitive skin and mother and baby non scented skincare products.
2、 Aerosol gas deodorization tower (spray type daily chemical propellant purification)
Activated carbon and molecular sieve filler are used to absorb and purify sulfide and organic odor in butane, propane and dimethyl ether propellant, which are used in various pressure spray product production lines.
Antiperspirant spray and deodorant spray: remove the pungent mercaptan odor of liquefied gas, and only perfume fragrance is emitted from spray, without chemical odor.
Hair gel, styling spray, hair care spray: purify the propellant to avoid the residual gas odor after spray.
Sunscreen spray, moisturizing spray, makeup removing spray: eliminate the pungent smell of the projectile, and improve the skin feeling and smell experience.
Household spray: spray for deodorizing clothes, antistatic spray, air freshener aerosol raw material pretreatment.
3、 Exhaust gas adsorption deodorization tower
Activated carbon/spray deodorization tower, used to treat VOC waste gas from production processes, is an environmentally friendly supporting equipment:
Waste gas of emulsification workshop: essence, ethanol, oil volatilization odor collection and purification.
Spice mixing and flavoring workshop: odor control of mixed volatilization of various essence.
Tail gas from the oil refining section: The exhaust gas containing fatty acids and odorous vapors discharged from the deodorization tower is centrally treated and discharged in compliance with standards.
Low concentration VOC odor adsorption and deodorization in filling and mixing workshops.
